Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) drives direct sales growth within municipal and contractor markets across an assigned territory. Acting as the primary customer contact, the RSM builds strong relationships, identifies new opportunities, and delivers innovative solutions that grow business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sales strategy within assigned territory
• Grow and manage customer relationships using HubSpot
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Train customers and partners on product lines
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Forecast sales, track performance, and meet monthly targets
• Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and product feedback
• Ensure all activities align with company values and ethical standards

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of capital equipment sales experience (5–10 preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Industry experience in roadway or manufacturing is a plus
